Motorsport Impact Lab was founded by a small team of people who are both deeply passionate about motorsports and professionals in the world of data, sustainability, and strategy.
We’ve spent our careers slicing and dicing data, building frameworks, and driving impact across industries — and realized the one thing that always kept us inspired (and distracted) was motorsports and the automotive world itself.
For us, this isn’t a job or another corporate initiative.
It’s the thing that doesn’t feel like work — the thing we look forward to applying our skills toward. Motorsport Impact Lab exists because we believe in doing more of what makes you happy, and building a community that lets others do the same.
We focus on low-cost, high-impact projects that make motorsports more sustainable, inclusive, and connected to the communities that power it.
These projects are designed to bridge gaps that often go unnoticed — the “it would be great if we had...” kind of ideas.
Examples of the work we take on:
The Motorsport Impact Fellowship is the core of how we scale our mission.
As motorsports grows — with global fan engagement expected to rise by over 30% in the next decade and series evolving every year — the need for a trained, adaptable workforce has never been greater.
The Fellowship creates a funnel for organizations to engage, train, and empower the next generation of motorsport professionals.
Fellows gain experience through hands-on projects, learning opportunities, and collaboration with teams and organizations.
The Motorsports Impact Grant. Sponsors and partners get to invest in something that truly matters — developing talent, driving real outcomes, and building an industry that thrives responsibly.
